BOTM removal

acropoly patrons...

i have kindly asked concorde to remove
this board from the board of the month
contest.

i know that many of you will find this
shocking and perhaps a bit masochistic
of me...
what can i say? that's how i am...
in addition to being quite sadistic
(well i DO like seeing you all moaning).

i appreciate all whom have voted and/or
participated in this contest.
it goes without saying that we had a good run.

on a more light-hearted note, i think
that the BOTM has given this board, and
me personally, exactly what it should have.
a gap has been bridged...

the once nasty snarl coming from jizzy's
has been alighted and i feel a comfortable
peace once again on HB. (with the exception
of wes... but he's just an ass anyway)
i have also acquired two new posters
from a board that, i figured, most never
venture out of-- regardless if they post
once or a billion times, they came to
greet me in my house.

what more could you want from BOTH?

perhaps i am holding too much empathy
at the moment. however, i feel the need
to express the reasons for requesting
that the acropolis be removed.

i think that it was best noted by the COBAIN:

"...it's better to burn out then to fade away."

i hope you all understand my reasonings.
i don't give a rat's ass if you accept
them, just understand them.

I think alot of good has actually come from this..I wish you'd have rode it out with us all tho..I wont say why..I'll maybe tell ya later on.. Aww! That just seems a bit of a shame...you were doing so well in the vote!

But, you are right...never before would I have ventured away from the homely protection of the Darius board! Lol...but yeah, I like this place...to put it succinctly, it's cool!
